AUTOMATIC MARSHALL IMPACT COMPACTOR (ASTM)
The Automatic marshall compactor is automatically compacts the hot asphalt mixture sample in according ASTM standards and stops after the preset number of blows.
The marshall compaction mould is held in position by a quick and practical clamping device. The slide hammer with a total weight of 4536 ±9 g, falls from a height of 457 ±3 mm with each blow and compresses the hot asphalt mix sample.
The device is produces 55 ±5 blows frequency in the 60 seconds.
Digital console is incorporating have the emergency stop button and it provides automatic complete protection for toperator safet in the instructions CE. Machine is automatically stops for safety when opened compactor cover.
The unit incorporates a compaction pedestal, comprising a laminate block secured to by a 300 mm square x 25 mm thick steel plate.
The machine can also be mounted inside a soundproof safety cabin. But this process is only done in the factory. When requested together with a soundproof safety cabin, it must be ordered separately and specified in advance.
