Concrete Steel Cylinder Moulds
The Concrete Steel Cylinder Moulds are manufactured in accordance with dimensions and tolerances stated in the standards. Two part and clamp attached base steel plate. Galvanised steel moulds are designed to be durable, corrosion resistant and easy to clean.

Concrete steel cylinder moulds are produced in sizes of 100x200mm, 150x300mm, 160x320mm, 4x8 inch and 6x12 inch.

General Features for Concrete Steel Cylinder Moulds
• Galvanised cylinder mold having a split on one side, including baseplate, carrying handle. It is sufficiently strong to permit rough use without tearing, crushing, or deforming.
• Tolerances is in both the diameter and height within 1/16 inch.
• No diameter of a mold shall differ from any other diameter of the same mold by more than 2%.
• The thickness of the mold and baseplate is 8 mm.
• Baseplate is made of galvanised steel.
• The planes of the top rim of the mold and the bottom perpendicular to the axis of the mold within 0.5 degree ( approximately equivalent to 1:100 slope ).
• Water tightness, joints, verticalness are as per international standards.
• Clamping system are made of large size & heavy nut/bolt having square type thread (metric 8).

Concrete Plastic Cylinder Moulds
Concrete Plastic Cylinder Moulds are manufactured in accordance with dimensions and tolerances stated in the relevant standard.

Manufactured from robust plastic are one piece and the specimens are ejected from the moulds by compressed air.

Concrete plactic cylinder moulds are produced in sizes of 100x200mm, 150x300mm and 160x320mm.
