PX6 TOUCH PRO-AB models automatic compression tester are to test concrete blocks specimens size maximum 500 x 300 mm and cylinders up to 6 in x 12 in (150x300 mm).
PX6 TOUCH PRO-AB ASTM Standards models (51-AWB47660 and 51-AWB47670)
The ASTM Standards models consist of equipped with a premium heavy-duty spherical ball seat and 310x410x90 mm (12.2”x16.1”x3.5”) rectangular plates for testing blocks according to ASTM C140 and ASTM C1314. Traceable certificate of surface hardness available on request.
Necessary accessories for testing cylinders up to 6″ x 12″ (150x300 mm) in accordance with ASTM C39 and AASHTO T-22 are sending upon customer request.
For easy removal and repositioning of the upper block test platen and the spherical ball seating assembly, the compaction machine frame is equipped with a rail system. Thanks to the rail system, the user can easily change the platen.
Safety Features
Machines have sending together with max. pressure valve to avoid machine overloading, piston travel limit switch, emergency stop button, front door and rear transparent fragment guard.

PX6 touch control unit is designed to perform automatically compression, flexure and splitting tensile strength tests of construction materials such as concrete, cement mortar, masonary units and blocks by controlling the compression machines.
All the operations of PX6 Touch are controlled from the front panel touch screen display.
PX6 Touch Control Unit has easy to use menu options.It displays all menu option listings simultaneously, allowing the operator to access the required option in a seemless manner to activate the option or enter a numeric value to set the test parameters.
