The Sand equivalent shaker is used to uniformly shake sand equivalent measuring cylinders at a specified speed and stroke.

The agitator has a timer and safety cover (according to EC directives). Horizontal movement, cycle and shaking time can be adjusted with digital timer on the shaker to meet EN or ASTM standards.

The Sand equivalent shaker is together with security cabinet.

When opening cabinet’s door during shaker working, a micro switch automatically stops the machine.

Sand Equivalent Shaker, ASTM Model
The equivalent sand walker with a stroke of 203 mm (8 inches) and an operating frequency of 175 ± 2 cycles per minute for the ASTM model. The digital timer stops the shaker at the end of the test.

Sand Equivalent Shaker, EN Model
The equivalent sand agitator with a stroke of 200 mm ± 10 mm and an operating frequency of 180 ± 3 cycles per minute for the EN model. The digital timer stops the shaker at the end of the test.
